Insulation bricks are light weight heat / fire insulating bricks used in all types of furnaces, boilers etc. They have low rate of thermal conductivity. They cannot be applied in direct contact with the flame and hence they are mostly used as insulators behind refractory bricks. It is often known as Soft brick.The two types of Insulation bricks majorly used are Hot Face Insulation (HFI) and Cold Face Insulation (CFI).

A fire brick or refractory brick is a block of refractory ceramic material used in lining furnaces, kilns, fireboxes, and fireplaces. A refractory brick is built primarily to withstand high temperature, but will also usually have a low thermal conductivity for greater energy efficiency.There are various types of Fire bricks in depending on the variable content of Alumina in a brick. Higher the Alumina content highter the heat withstand capacity and lesser the rate of corrosion.These firebricks come in standard but variable dimensions(as precribed by the manufacturing co.) as per the application. The tapered fire bricks are used to make arch or circular brick lining depending on the radius of the required kiln.(as shown in photo)The Alumina content varies from 38% to 80% on the type of fire brick selected for application.

The Chimney of the Furnace comes in various sizes. Depending on the number of furnaces for each chimney and also the area and the location of the crematorium. 30.5 meter height chimney is recommended for cremation furnaces, however, 50 feet height chimney can also be installed if the crematorium is located in a remote area and away from populated regions.There are two types of Chimney available1. Regular Chimney - Which require gay wire support from 3 different directions for safety purpose at the time of high speed winds.AND2. Telescopic Chimney - This type of chimney design do not require any gay wire support.The MS fabricated Chimney is painted with 2 coats of high temperature resistant Aluminum / Black color.The work of casting of RCC Foundations for either of the design are to be carried out by the customers.

Source of fuel for burners in this Furnace is Diesel. A Diesel Tank of approximately 300 liters is used for uninterrupted operation of the Furnace.
